We are glad you're here. You can expect responsive, sensitive care for your counseling needs, from beginnings to endings. Our Intake, and administrative team, along with highly efficient and simple systems make the process easy and painless for you; this is an important part of our mission, vision and values.  

 

You will be placed with a great-fit, highly trained and compassionate therapist who will foster safety, compassion, understanding and insight to help you meet your therapy goals.

It is our mission to guide each person to truly believe and experience hope in healing and restoration.  You are not alone; we will walk with you and help you find courage, heal hurts, move from places of being stuck, to places of

movement, peace, confidence and contentment.

How does the process work?

Step I: Take first steps by calling or emailing our intake department and scheduling a first session.

Step II: Meet with a compassionate, highly trained counselor who will foster building a safe alliance, and helping relationship.

 

Step III: Complete Assessment process with your therapist and establish personalized

Treatment Plan and Goals.

Step IV: Get comfortable, relax and trust the healing journey. Your therapist will help you identify barriers to healing, learn healthy coping strategies, build a supportive and collaborative support team to foster desired changes in your story that bring rest, contentment and safety.
