Paige Bandel, MSW
Psychotherapist
Experience
I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can show up as your authentic self and feel genuinely seen and understood. I have experience helping teens and young adults work through anxiety, depression, relationship stress, substance use, OCD, and disordered eating.
My Counseling Approach
My approach is both collaborative and down-to-earth, while grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and mindfulness. I aim to help you better understand your thoughts and emotions, build effective coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My goal is to support you in feeling more confident, grounded, and connected to who you are. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply trying to navigate a new phase of life, we will work together to help you make sense of your experiences and move toward a life that feels more aligned and manageable. I value authenticity, connection, and a balanced approach to therapy—creating space not only for growth, but also for moments of lightness along the way.
My treatment area is from teens, young adults through the life span; eating disorder issues, OCD and anxiety disorders, medical trauma and medical issues, postpartum depression.
More About Me
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my big family—there’s never a dull moment—and relaxing at home with my cat, who keeps life both entertaining and grounding.
I’ve been involved in cheerleading for most of my life, both as an athlete and a coach, and I still love all things fitness. Movement is an important way I reset and take care of myself, and that mind-body connection often shows up in my work with clients as well.
I also enjoy getting lost in a good book from time to time, but more than anything, I value staying present, building meaningful connections, and creating a space where people feel comfortable showing up exactly as they are.
