I offer a master’s degree in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago and a bachelor’s degree in Social Work and Psychology from NEIU. I’ve been in the field more than a decade. I started The Center for Courageous Living because I believe mountains can be moved in our body, mind, spirit and relationships when we embrace faith that things can change, courage to change the things we can and reach for connection to supportive others...I love empowering broken and hurting people and witnessing their transformation from a place of deserts and drought to streams of renewal and hope.

My undergraduate degree is in Family and Individual Development from Northern Illinois University. I also hold a master’s degree of Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Concordia University Chicago. I am a member of the Illinois Counseling Association, the American Counseling Association and the Institute for the Study of Trauma and Disassociation local chapter. I believe I offer safety and rest that provides space for my clients to journey deeper into their stories.

From there, I went on to receive my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. I am very compassionate, energetic, and empathetic, with a heart for children, especially those who are struggling. I enjoy working with teens and young adults but also work with individuals and parents through adulthood. Regardless of where someone might be on their journey, my goal is to create a place where all of my clients feel connected, supported, and understood.
